Small dining area with charcoal grills and nice quality meets. Definitely a slower feel than most KBBQ restaurants, which i was a big fan of. Marinated lamb was definitely THE highlight

I'm writing this as a regular who genuinely liked this place. It was my favorite BBQ spot, the meat was consistently great, and the owner I met on my first visit was friendly and gracious. High standards, and they used to meet them. Not this time. Our final round was a clear step down. The lamb reeked — strong, gamey, off. The beef had no flavor at all. We barely touched a couple of plates, not out of waste but because the food simply wasn't worth eating.

Been here so many times, can’t believe I didn’t post my review. To my opinion the best AYCE bbq in town. Line is crazy sometimes, it’s way better than some overpriced Korean bbq.

I really wanted to love Fire Spot because the quality of the meat is honestly pretty solid for the price. Around $41 for 90 minutes AYCE and the charcoal grill setup definitely makes the experience better — the smoky flavor hits differently compared to regular gas grills. That being said, the overall experience was pretty mid. The place is very small and the wait was surprisingly long even on a Monday evening. We arrived around 5 PM and still waited about 30–40 minutes for 4 seats. Once seated, we realized they use pretty small grills, which made cooking take a long time. With a 90-minute limit, it almost felt like you had to strategize your entire meal just to maximize the experience. Service was probably the biggest downside. Servers only checked on us a couple times and were honestly difficult to flag down, almost like they were avoiding eye contact. It gave the impression that the system is designed to slow things down so customers order less during AYCE. Toward the end during last call, we ordered additional sides like corn cheese and a few other items, but they never came out. The menu has a solid selection of meats and seafood. The highlights for us were the 5-Spiced Marinated Lamb, Marinated Pork-Belly, the Sweet Spicy Cajun Chicken, and the Cumin Squid—all packed with flavor and cooked beautifully over the charcoal, which provided a unique, smoky-char flavor. The sides/appetizers (Rice Paper, Beef Soup, Steamed Egg, House Salad) were similar to what you’ll find at most Korean BBQ places, but the Boiled Whole Peanuts were a pleasant surprise. They were perfectly boiled and had a great texture. As for the sauces, I highly recommend their House Garlic Sauce, Sea Salt Sesame Oil, and House-Spicy Powder, which pair well with their vast meat menu. One thing to keep in mind is that the restaurant is pretty small, so it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to arrive as early as possible since it can get crowded very quickly. My group ended up waiting about 1.5 hours for a table. Despite the wait, the food was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating, attentive, and professional throughout the experience.
